The concept store in Verona also has an omnichannel approach, the result of perfect integration between the physical and digital worlds, which allows it to work in synergy with the e-commerce platform: the “Click & Collect” service, in fact, allows customers to order online and collect in the shop; “Reserve in Store”, allows customers to order online and select the trial shop most convenient to them; “Order in Store”, on the other hand, allows them to select and order the product in the shop, and then receive it at home or in any other shop on the network.
