Set in the wonderful microcosm of the Valpantena, the valley closest to Verona and rich in numerous nature trails, Costa Arènte is located on a hill 250 metres above sea level. The company produces wines with a strong Valpolicella identity, respecting the territory and tradition, but with a desire to innovate. 35 hectares of which 17 are planted with vines (corvina, corvinone and rondinella) and the remainder with woodland and olive groves. The grapes destined for Amarone, after being selected and harvested by hand, are put to rest in the “fruttaio”, while the ageing phase takes place in a state-of-the-art “barricaia”.
