Set in the wonderful microcosm of the Valpantena, the valley closest to Verona and rich in numerous nature trails, Costa Arènte is located on a hill 250 metres above sea level. The company produces wines with a strong Valpolicella identity, respecting the territory and tradition, but with a desire to innovate. 35 hectares of which 17 are planted with vines (corvina, corvinone and rondinella) and the remainder with woodland and olive groves. The grapes destined for Amarone, after being selected and harvested by hand, are put to rest in the “fruttaio”, while the ageing phase takes place in a state-of-the-art “barricaia”. Already a reference point in the valley as a refuge and favourite holiday resort for Veronese families, the estate opens its doors to visitors: from wine tasting to discovering the Costa Arènte vineyards and facilities.
