Aida at the Arena Opera Festival 2023

To celebrate the 100th Opera Season in the Arena, the titles that have been most successful and repeated in the historic amphitheater during the 100 editions since its inception in 1913 are presented this year: 50 unrepeatable evenings in less than three months.
Giuseppe Verdi’s Aida is the most frequently performed opera in the Arena di Verona amphitheatre since 1913. This opera takes the audience back to the Ancient Egypt and will be offered in a new production.
Together with Georges Bizet’s “Carmen“, Gioachino Rossini’s “Il Barbiere di Siviglia“, Giacomo Puccini’s “Tosca” and “Madama Butterfly“, Giuseppe Verdi’s “Rigoletto“, “La Traviata” and “Nabucco” it constitutes one of the great operas scheduled for the 100th Arena di Verona Opera Festival 2023.
The “Aida” by Giuseppe Verdi is scheduled on 16, 17, 25, 29 June; 9, 16, 21, 30 July;  2, 13, 18, 23 August; 3 and 8 September 2023.
