Georges Bizet’s Carmen is one of the titles most in the Festival’s history the Arena di Verona amphitheatre. Together with Giuseppe Verdi’s’s “Aida“, Gioachino Rossini’s “Il Barbiere di Siviglia“, Giacomo Puccini’s “Tosca” and “Madama Butterfly“, Giuseppe Verdi’s “Rigoletto“, “La Traviata” and “Nabucco” it constitutes one of the great operas scheduled for the 100th Arena di Verona Opera Festival 2023.
The “Carmen” by Georges Bizet is scheduled on 23 June; 6 July; 28 August; 6 September 2023.
