On the occasion of Val Polis Cellae, twenty-five Valpolicella wineries will open on an autumn Sunday to offer the chance to taste a glass of local wine. In addition, some wineries will offer some traditional local dishes in combination, from cured meats and cheeses with polenta to braised Amarone. This is the proposal of Val Polis Cellae, an event curated by Strada del Vino Valpolicella that features the season when the vineyards begin to take on their characteristic yellow-orange color.
