The AGSM Forum (formerly PalaOlimpia), inaugurated in 1986, has a seating capacity of 5,350. It is one of the most important facilities in the city of Verona. In addition to hosting many of the province’s indoor sports events, important concerts and shows are also held at the Verona Palasport. The Agsm Forum is located a few steps away from the Bentegodi stadium: it is a ten-minute walk from the station, just over five minutes by car from the Verona Nord exit, and about 15 minutes by car from the city airport.

Among the main attractions worth seeing in Castelnuovo is the castle, which has stood in a dominating position over the centre of the town since 1387, then some well-preserved churches and noble villas. There are countless festivities in Castelnuovo, of a popular nature, distributed throughout the year, including festivals, exhibitions, food and wine fairs and concerts throughout the year.
The town is famous because it is home to Gardaland Resort, Italy’s number 1 amusement resort.

Born at the end of September 2022, the new Eataly Art House – E.ART.H. project is dedicated to contemporary arts in Verona in the spaces of the former Specialised Refrigeration Station. Created by Francesco Farinetti, president of Green Pea, Oscar Farinetti, founder of Eataly, and Chiara Ventura, cultural manager, this project has a dual soul, cultural and commercial, with the aim of promoting knowledge of the visual arts through new formulas for public enjoyment and stimulating new frontiers of collecting.
Built in 1930, and known to have been the largest icehouse in Europe until the 1970s, this complex of over 10,000 square metres with a 24-metre diameter reinforced concrete dome has been the subject of a major environmental redevelopment project by architect Mario Botta.

Since 1968, the year of its foundation, Galleria dello Scudo has dealt with modern and contemporary Italian art. In collaboration with public bodies, the gallery has organised important exhibitions of a strictly scientific nature, which have attracted the attention of critics and the public alike for their original approach.

In the architectural complex of the Palazzo della Ragione, the Palazzo with the GAM Galleria d’Arte Moderna represents a model of typical Veronese collecting. In an astonishing architectural setting, the Gallery, which was created by the Veronese collector Achille Forti (1878-1937), makes it possible to reconstruct the visual history of the last two centuries of the city.
Over time, this heritage has developed and been enriched through testamentary legacies, donations from public bodies and credit institutions, gifts from artists, and purchases by the municipal administration. Today, thanks to this policy of acquisitions, the collection can count on a patrimony estimated at around 1,600 works of art, covering a time span from the early 19th century to the present day.
